This course will introduce you to the practical design methods of complex concrete structures and high-rise buildings. Students will learn and master the use of related codes and standards. Topics include: Design of two-way slab systems (flat slab, flat plate, slabs on stiff supports); Calculation of lateral loads (Seismic and Wind); Design of lateral load resisting system (shear walls); Design of staircases.
Private Tutoring/Mini Groups
1 on 1 or mini group tutorials focus on covering specific topics the student/group wishes to master. Tutorial sessions include concise theory notes and practice problems solving.

Weekly Tutorials
Weekly Tutorial sessions are designed to cover the entire syllbus of the course. Each session is 3.5 hours long and includes concise theory notes and practice problem solving. Weekly tutorials will keep you on top of your class. They are structured to train you to solve your assignments autonomously and to prepare you to attempt your exams with complete confidence!​
